If the hotel has a Real Time button on its page, the reservation can be confirmed immediately and a voucher can be printed.
All reservation based on credit card payment in advance.
 
Reservation process
Waiting : The reservation is received and usually processed promptly. However, if you place a reservation after office hours, the time required to process the confirmation is around 30 minutes. On rare occasions, due to unavoidable technical difficulties, the confirmation process may be delayed.
Confirmation : Once the reservation is completed, notification by e-mail is sent. A voucher and receipt can be printed at My Reservation. When checking in to the hotel, please show the printed voucher.
Disapproval : Sometimes a reservation can not be accepted due to over booking. In this case your credit card approval will be cancelled automatically and can be checked on your payment record.
Cancellation : Upon cancellation of your reservation, a cancellation notification will be displayed.
Amendment : A reservation amendment will be displayed once the amendment process is completed.
 
Matters to be attended to hotel check in
Payment upon requesting a reservation shall be received for reservation processing only, not for confirmation.
Upon checking in, please show your identification or the voucher at the front desk.
You do not need to pay for the room at the hotel but the hotel might need your credit card imprint for any use of the telephone, mini-bar, Internet, or room service, etc.
Cancellation or amendment is possible if done 3 days in advance of checking in to the hotel. Cancellations will not be accepted on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Checking on your reservation : You can check your reservation status with your reservation no. and e-mail address on the My Reservation page.
