There is no cancellation fee for unconfirmed reservations. But a fee will be charged for the cancellation of a confirmed reservation (see reservation policies below). If a hotel does not apply their own regulations concerning cancellations ? if they are different from Koreahotel.com¡¯s -, the reservation policies outlined below shall be applied to all reservations. But if a hotel applies its own specific policy, the policy of the hotel will take priority over the policies outlined below. You should check the reservation policies and penalties outlined in the confirmation e-mail sent to you regarding this matter.
 
Terms of cancellation and penalty
2 days prior to check-in No penalty
1 day prior to check-in Pay 50% of one night¡¯s room rate
On the day of check-in or NO show Pay 100% of one night¡¯s room rate
Cancellation or amendment shall be possible 3 business days in advance before checking-in, but cannot be received on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Above cancellation times shall be applied according to KST (Korean Standard Time).
Cancellation process
Please send an e-mail under the title ¡®Cancellation¡¯ at the Hotel Inquiry page. You must specify the hotel name, guest name, and booking period. You can check your reservation status at the My Reservation page. If you do not cancel 3 days in advance, the reservation policies outlined above shall be applied.
Reservation Amendment
If you should need to shorten your stay, we will refund your credit card for the unused room nights, unless the individual hotel's policy requires that you be charged the full amount of your booking.
You must cancel the unwanted room nights with us, as well as the hotel receptionist, or you will not receive your refund.
